Audio recorded meditations [this is for the actual guided meditation component] and three original New Zealand soundtracks [ocean, forest, and birdlife].

You can also search the App store for Stars of Aroha Meditations icon – Silver Rolling Star set against a blue background.

The app is a virtual experience of the Stars of Aroha Rolling Star and Stars of Aroha Meditations book.

Shake your phone or push the ‘Start’ button to set the Rolling Star in motion. One of 20 unique meditation symbols will be selected randomly to provide meaning and guided meditation.
